Here are some guidelines...
1. The applicant must be willing to attend all SPPP regular meetings and participate in all SPPP activities during their probationary period. Failure to attend a meeting or activity without prior notice or valid reason will entail penalty.
2. Applicant must shoot portraits of three (3) regular members (studio set-up) and submit 11x14 prints for critic.
3. As a gesture of brotherhood and camaraderie, applicants must shake the hands of all members and co-applicants.
4. As with all of us who have passed through the probee status, applicants are requested to assist the members (set-up contest photos, assist contest committee, studio set-up, etc.) If you think help is needed, please volunteer... don't just sit down and feel like a guest in the club. I was once a probee. I went through all of these. Believe me, they were a lot strict then than we are now.
5. Know all the members.
6. Please don't be late during meetings unless you have a very valid excuse... traffic is not an excuse because we all know that traffic in Manila is part of life. Maybe you have observed that our senior members come in on time, please don't let them wait for you guys. That's so bad!
